Coronavirus / COVID-19 Information

Due to the severity of the coronavirus (COVID-19) we are implementing recommendations made by the World Health Organization and the CDC.

If you are experiencing any of the following symptoms, please DO NOT ENTER THE OFFICE. Please call the office at (423) 693-2175. We will reschedule your appointment and we will make every effort to assist you via phone as much as possible.

If you are experiencing common cold/allergy symptoms without a fever, we ask that you please request a mask at the front desk and one will be provided. If you have traveled out of the country within the last 30 days or live with someone who has, we ask that you wear a mask.

We also ask that only one person accompany the patient into the office and ONLY the patient and up to one other person will be allowed in the room with the provider.

The health and care of our patients is our top priority as well as the safety of our staff and providers. We are following CDC guidelines and are continuously cleaning all surfaces and rooms to prevent the spread of any illness.
