Financial Responsibility

It is expected that deductibles, co-payments, and other amounts not covered by insurance will be paid before services are provided. Elective surgeries and procedures must be paid in full at least one week before the scheduled date of your surgery or procedure. Accepted forms of payment include cash, personal checks, and credit cards. Payment may be made over the phone before your procedure or at check-in at Southeastern Spine and Joint. If you have questions at any time, let us know.

Questions About Your Bill

After you’re discharged, a statement will be mailed to you for any balance due after your insurance company has processed your claim. Payment is due upon receipt. When you receive your statement, please contact the phone number printed on your statement with any questions you may have.
